Delays or Missing Packages

Returns must be approved before being sent.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A tracking number is required for all returns. Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.
